Is there a way to move the new one with the star and star+ to be
on same line as the other tool bar?

To me it is a major waste of space in general and definitely a
waste of veiwing space.

IE7 help is totally ridiculous you click the ? mark to find out
what you are looking at in the Advanced and get a screen with NO help

@Gern - Thanks for the tip. I guess we should all be careful when hitting servers, I know mine must be feeling the traffic today and with this control we have to be careful.

@Smither - These settings are for a nice fast broadband connection and it works well. If you are on a slow or dial-up connection it likely will not help you although it should not hurt you either unless you are trying to multitask on the internet. Then you will really feel the pain of your slow connection

network.http.pipelining.maxrequests has a limit of 8, anything higher and it is ignored.

nglayout.initialpaint.delay set to zero will slow down overall page loading, set it to default 250.
